Procedure for the valuation and sale of properties through competitive selection pursuant to the regulation for the sale of properties owned by S.P.Im. S.p.A., as well as by mandate conferred on S.P.IM S.p.A. from the Municipality of Genoa for the development and sale of their properties, in accordance with the resolution of the City Council n. 25 of 10 April 2018 and the consequent resolution of the Municipal Council n. 100 of May 31, 2018

S.P.Im. S.p.A. is a company wholly owned by the Municipality of Genoa in charge of managing the process of disposal and enhancement of the municipal assets available, acquired and sold on the basis of sales programs established by the latter.
In this field, S.P.Im. S.p.A. intends to proceed with the enhancement and sale of the buildings referred to in the former “fair district”, including the properties owned by the Civic Administration prior to the receipt of manifestation of interest, as specified below.
Arch. Renzo Piano and the Renzo Piano Building Workshop S.r.l. have drawn up an outline design, called “Waterfront di Levante“, donated to the Municipality of Genoa, the Liguria Region and the Port Authority of the Western Ligurian Sea. The assembly drawing was subsequently updated by Arch. Renzo Piano on the indications for the development of the design made by the Superintendent competent in matters of landscape and cultural heritage.

The Municipality of Genoa accepted this donation by resolution of the City Council n. 253 of 28 October 2017, and subsequent donaction act on 31 October 2017. The company Nuova Foce S.r.l., wholly owned by the company S.P.Im. S.p.A., in turn wholly owned by the Municipality of Genoa, together with the latter, are the owners of the real estate compendium in the Municipality of Genoa affected by the Waterfront of Levante, and better indicated in the Disciplinary of tender relating to this procedure of expression of interest
